I have, well had, a fear and deeply rooted mistrust of dentists. "Doctor Preston" Burns was the 9th dentist in the area I had gone to and the first to make it past the initial consult. I have been going to him for a few years and have recommended him to a lot of friends, all of whom declare adoration at the mention of his name. Not only is he a great dentist, he runs a great business. They had no issue arranging my treatment plan to my insurance waiting period and my budget. They don't try to get you to have anything done you dont need or upsell you but they do give you all the options for health & cosmetics and are honest about what you really need. The hygienists are really good (Kathleen is mine, love her). No one ever admonished me for my less than healthy teeth. The front desk and office staff are helpful , well trained, and genuinely nice people to work with. I know this is a lot, but I am writing after having the root canal to fix the badly botched root canal that put me off dentists for two decades. I cannot fully express my sheer gratitude to Dr P, so instead I will sing his praises here.
