To begin with, ****, the salesperson, went out of his way to find the exact vinyl plank flooring I was interested in. The day *** and *** were to start laying the floors, an issue popped up and between **** and ***, they immediately found a solution. *** and *** were very good laying down all the floors (vinyl and carpet) going the extra mile for me. **** did the same searching for the perfect transition piece from my carpeted stairs to the vinyl flooring. This place is the worst! Read your invoices and watch how the sales staff adjust product pricing and sq footage to inflate your costs. Take pictures of the pricing before you order anything because they will try to say there's been "price increases" AFTER you placed the order/made a down payment. They will want to come and take their "own" measurements so they can inflate your bill. f you change your mind, they will charge you for that too! I feel bad for elderly people doing business here! Purchased flooring on November 28, 2021. Returned all the flooring on December 21, 2021. As of April 5, 2022 I have not received a refund. ************ ********* offered to return $1350 of a $2136 purchase. No where on the invoice is any statement concerning a restocking fee OR shipping charges. Three and a half months is unacceptable and a partial refund is unacceptable.
Had repairs needed for flooring installed under warranty. Had to chase everyone around via email and phone call for around 8 months to finally get repair completed. Then once they finally tried to schedule was made to feel like an inconvenience to the owner because of where my house is and how early she would have to get up to be there by 8 am. Finally got repair completed, and they made me pay for the boards used to do the repair even though it was a warranty repair because a board they sold me and had installed in my house... read more

I bought 2000 sq. ft of flooring from Busnebark floring in Columbia Mo.. After we started to install it we noticed the boards were ALL different widths. They were supposed to be 5" wide, they varied from 47/8" to 5 1/4" in width. I contacted both Busnebark and Shamrock flooring to file a claim. I took ***** ********* over 40 boards that all had different widths to them, verified by a digital caliper. It still was not enough. We at Busenbark are very sorry the the manufacture issue with Shamrock Hardwood. Shamrock is made in Tennessee and has been a strong American made product. Boards where sent in to the factory from Mr **** with no defect but we keep investigating and working hard threw the National Hardwood Association and following guidelines. We located a independent rep to help with the case and refunded the cost of all materials along with the inspection cost. Mr **** received all hardwood free that was installed through out his house.
