We had the opportunity to work with Mac and he did a phenomenal job with making sure we were well taken care of during our visit. He made sure we felt heard with all of our wants when picking out flooring & countertops. This was one of the smoothest experiences we’ve had while building our new home. Highly recommend!
Brock was our salesman and was just fantastic. He was patient with me while I was deciding on flooring and countertops and helped me find just what I was looking for. When it came to installing our flooring, Mike was our installer. WOW! I can’t say enough good things about him and his work! We love them and Mike worked long hours by himself to make sure we met our timeline with our other installers. Chris was our countertop installer and we are pleased with them also! Great job Busenbark!
All around GREAT experience. Our salesman Paul was top extremely professional and notch on the measurements and price quote for our new floors. The install crew, Carl and Chris were highly professional, but at the same time were down to earth they way we were treated and talked to. I would HIGHLY recommend Busenbark to family and friends!!
Beautiful countertops. The installers were top notch. They were extremely careful and did a great job caulking in everything. They tested placing the stove top in the precut hole and realized it wasn’t cut large enough. They did a great job recutting it and making sure it fit correctly on site. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were happy with everything before they left.
My initial experience seemed very professional. As I was putting a deposit on half down, I caught that Matt was low on the square footage. I had already made my decision at this point, so I went ahead even though the price would be more. I picked out a single Bowl sink and when I picked it up, they gave me a double bowl. This was another 45 minute trip back to the store to return the sink. They were accommodating. When they came to measure for my counters, they added more square footage.
