We had a great experience with Busenbark Carpet in Columbia! Alex was helpful at managing our project - helping us pick flooring, measuring, quoting, and ordering. He was easy to communicate with and made the project go smoothly and quickly - 3-1/2 weeks from first setting foot in the store to project completion! The installers were courteous and skilled. I had a great experience working with Traci at Busenbark's for my home makeover! Her interior design skills are unmatched, and the selection at Busenbark's is outstanding. I told her I wanted to feel like I was walking on clouds in my bedrooms & she delivered with double pad and super plush carpet. Alex was very enjoyable to work with. The company did very accurate measurements for our kitchen counters. The stone we chose turned out to be prettier than we thought!! All in all it was a very good experience. The entire demo and installation was done in about 5 hours. One day of mess was all!! We would use them again.
We had a good personal buying experience at this business. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were getting the right flooring for our home. The installer was very good and thorough and was able to get the job started and completed in a timely manner. Costs were fair and reasonable and the staff followed up to ensure we were pleased with the end result.
