We recently bought our new car from BYD and what an incredible experience! Everyone is very helpful but especially Jack. He was great at answering our millions of questions, great communication skills whilst waiting to collect the car, great cups of coffee and very polite and friendly! Thankyou so much for giving us what felt like a VIP experience for our fancy new car!

Had a lovely experience here at BYD. Joe took amazing care of my dad and I, being extremely polite, patient and explaining every query very clearly, even when it came to the paperwork. Made car shopping extremely easy, thanks to him we had our car available the next day.
I've just bought a Dolphin from Snows - and I haven't stopped smiling since! Guy and the team answered all my questions, sorted everything out efficiently and were so helpful. The process from start to finish was quick and efficient, and they kept me updated at every stage. The car itself is fab and looks amazing - both kids think it's better than everyone else's, and it's so comfy and easy to drive. I just wish I'd done it sooner! We have just purchased a new car from Snows, Southampton, courtesy of Guy Stephenson. Guy was a personable, affable gentleman who handled all our questions with care and thoughtfulness. He was informative without tending to overface us with complicated jargon but still made sure we had all the facts and figures required to make our decision. He made the purchasing of a high value asset (for us) a stress free and easy decision. Would happily recommend him.
