While their sales people are very nice, the installation team is ridiculous. In the 5 times they have been to our house in the last 15 months, they have never once shown up on time. On 2 occasions, including today, they were no shows. When I call to find out what is going on I always get some crazy excuse. Today the guy called in sick. If you can't afford to send a person, please have the courtesy to call the person who has taken off work to stay at home to wait on you to show up!!!!!
