DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THEM. I purchased cabinets from Alex (female) and none of her promises were true. They did not meet the dates for arrival or install. You get what you pay for. Cheap cabinets that are already peeling. After install I provided payment for counter tops and was told they'd be out in a couple days, two weeks later they came out to measure and Alex wanted me to pay extra because they couldn't make the original install date so I cancelled the order before the it was placed. Doug Mooneyhan at Cabinet Factory Outlet in Port Orange, Florida, is so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We worked with Doug for the new galley kitchen in our small studio condo. On March 25th I ordered kitchen cabinets from the Port Orange store. Crystal, the sales associate, was extremely helpful and kept me informed about the process. She checked to make sure everything was in stock at the Georgia warehouse, so my order would not be delayed when she placed it. They had everything in stock. On March 31st Robby the installer came out to measure my kitchen to ensure everything I picked out would fit properly. Doug was awesome to work with! After we have a horrible experience with Home Depot, we got better service and better quality at the same price. We are so happy with our new kitchen cabinets and granite. Shipping and install was fast even in times of covid-19. Everyone was great to work with and I highly, HIGHLY recommend using them. Thank you all so much for your hard work in correcting another company's mistakes!
