The Employees and the manager were wonderful. we had some hiccups with getting the cabinets because of the back up of deliveries all stores were experiencing but I got the cabinets in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Every time I go into my kitchen all I can say is "I LOVE MY CABINETS!" They were installed November of 2022, My family is getting tired of hearing me say it but, I DO LOVE my cabinets! We highly recommend Cabinet Factory Outlet in St. Augustine! From the showroom staff, David, Christina and Brandi, to the demolition and installment team, Roy and Lucius, these folks did their best to make sure that our kitchen remodel went perfectly. Also, the price was right. We plan to use them again next year to have our bathroom remodeled.
Extremely upset with sales person. Happy with the quality and the install crew. Failed to communicate their price I was comparing to Home Depot did not include the removal of old cabinets and installation of new cabinets. Nor that I had to hire a plumber to disconnect the sink. Nor that it did not include the counter top installation. She did say I had to pay for a plumber to reconnect. True, it is in the "fine" print that all you are paying for is the materials. Would highly recommend this cabinet shop. Christina is the Best at customer service I have ever experienced she goes above and beyond to make you happy. I am so pleased with my bathroom and they are super fast with service and very helpful all along the way. I cant wait to do my kitchen. I highly recommend this company and its great to support local businesses.
Christina was great to work with. She went above and beyond to help with my cabinet design and answered all my questions. I did have some problems with the installer. He was not reliable and left some unsightly finishes.
