After years of research, my husband and I contracted with Jesse and California Smartscape for an extensive yard renovation. Jesse listened to our thoughts and desires regarding our back yard and provided us with beautiful plans. Our dilapidated deck was torn down and replaced with a larger, Trex deck with a built in grill. We used these guys for a 'from scratch' design of our front and back yards. It was a challenging design, since we wanted a radical change from what was currently there, yet had a limited budget. They really listened to our likes & dislikes, took our vision and added to it, made great suggestions, and even broke it out into phases to meet our budget needs. We've engaged them to do the first phase of the work, and have great confidence it's going to look amazing!
