We also have a complete Nissan Parts and Service departments loaded with Nissan Certified employees to assist in those areas. History Established in 1963. CampbellNelson 3 Generations of Car Dealers Arne Nelson and Bob Campbell, James's son, met while they were both employed at Hopper Chevrolet in the 1950's. They continued working together when Bill Blume Chevrolet relocated in 1963 to the corner of NE 205th and Aurora in Edmonds. The store changed to Bill Blume Volkswagen and Arne and Bob continued working; eventually buying the dealership in 1974 and changing the name to Campbell Nelson Vol

What a completely different experience from the normal dealership. They have excellent customer service down and I couldn’t be happier. I will be referring everyone to Campbell!

Best place to buy car in entire USA
I brought car in 2 hours because they have Ava.
They are wonderful as they have best price..best services and fabulous guidance.
If you are planning buy car you should go only to this dealership and please ask where is AVA.
She is wonderful person and she can give you fabulous advice as she is not at all typical sales person and she can guide you about what you should do while buying a car.

Satisfactory experience!
I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned SUV and they had one on sale that I was interested on.
I reached out to them via Cars.com and John K. replied to me promptly, he was able to show me the SUV the next day.
During the process he wasn't pushy at all and was very knowledgeable about the car specs.
Price negotiation was "Good", I still believe there was more the could have done to lower the car price or increase the appraisal of my two trade-ins.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone interested on Nissan.

Great Experience
Ava was amazing! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The whole process was easy and Ava never made us feel pressured. I would definitely recommend Ava and this dealership.

I love my new Free Bird van!

Overall a great buying experience. Johnnie Lamm was friendly, helpful, well informed and straightforward to work with. Finance guy pressed a little hard on insurance/extended warranty we didn’t want but he was friendly and courteous and got us a lower loan rate than he originally quoted us so that was great too. This was our first experience with Campbell Nissan. We’d shop there again.

Great experience
It’s great to see a car dealership taking a interest in giving back to the community! The buying process was pleasant; kudos to the team from sales to service center and admin staff. Brad was cool and calm , very professional yet friendly-excellent service! Definitely recommend!
