Dear Anonymous, we sincerely apologize that your experience at Campus Lodge Tampa was not a positive one. Our corporate office has raised the prices slightly from last year, but we are adding more upgrades to the property to reflect these increases. For instance, every apartment is getting new flooring throughout the living room, kitchen, and through the hallways. As for your issues with the office staff, I do apologize that our actions come off in this way, however, it is our job to help each and every resident to the best of our ability. We do follow Fair Housing Laws, so we do treat every resident the same. Hello Arleth, We appreciate you leaving us a detailed review. We are happy that you decided to renew your lease with us! Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can discuss the unpleasant experiences you have had with management so we can work on resolving these concerns. We encourage residents to renew in their apartments as early as possible so they can take advantage of the best rates. We apologize if we made you feel rushed in your decision to renew. We were also sad to see the HART bus go. We organized a petition to get the HART bus to continue to come to Campus Lodge and unfortunately that was denied. At this time we are inquiring about a shuttle we will update residents when or if we get more information on the shuttle. Placements are decided based on when the lease is signed. The earlier you sign the more likely you are to get your preferences and desired roommates. We have found doing placements in this way to be the most fair. We would definitely love to give everyone exactly what they want because when our residents are happy we are happy. As for the dryer if you could also email me some more details on what is happening we can get with our maintenance team and troubleshoot what is happening. Spectrum will not dispatch a technician until they have been able to troubleshoot with the device that is experiencing an issue. We want to assure you that we are encouraging residents to call so that you can have your issue resolved as fast as possible. When we call, we open a ticket, provide you the ticket number and then have you call back. If you are not comfortable making the call alone, please email AA@campuslodgetampa times you are available and they will make the call with you. Similarly, if you have called and your issue was not resolved, please email AA@campuslodgetampa.com the ticket number and any useful information about the issue so we can find a way to resolve it.
