The experience was great! Everyone I interacted with was very professional. The only slight comment I have is that maybe you shouldn't allow 8am appointments if the doors to the building don't unlock until then. Starting appointments at 8:15 or 8:30 might make things a little easier on everyone

It is always a joy to come in and know that the dental staff remember you. After checking in, Sam, the dental hygenist, greeted me enthusiastically and asked me how I was doing and how school was. Oftentimes as students, health workers only see us as patients; however, Sam recognizes that we are also students and checks on us to see how we are doing. I appreciate this approach. The process of booking an appointment was easy though the wait is not the greatest. Despite that, I finally am able to smile back again without shying away from those around me. I had a regular check up on my teeth issue and they restored my smile in another session so quickly and perfectly with a filling that I needed and fixed others that needed some tending. I am hoping this one stays like those that I had done in the Philippines and not like the one I did in another dentist which lasted me only 3 months.
