I took my grandmother for a urgent visit without an appointment, and everything was done very fast to not have an appointment, They are under new management, and there are many positive changes, all the front desk girls are very nice and professional.
Not a great experience here. Their sense of responsibility is seriously lacking. They held onto my insurance ID and driver's license for 2 whole days without giving me a heads-up. I got to the clinic 45 minutes before my appointment, and they had ample time to scan my documents, but sadly, they didn't. To make things worse, when I came back from seeing the doctor, they still hadn't returned my documents to me. I'd recommend staying away from this place.
They routinely tell you that their doctors and specialists don't take your medicare plan just to have an insurance agent their office works with change your insurance. Most of this time this is false just to generate a sale. Do not trust their word when it comes to your insurance. Call your insurance company or your agent to verify what their telling you is correct. You've been warned.
This place is horrible! It was our 1st new patient appointment I got a call twice within an hour to see if my husband rather speak with doctor on phone. When we a arrived to the clinic the staff was very loud and speaking Spanish which I understand it's in a Spanish community but the patients really don't need to hear what you all are saying. I wanted to have a positive experience here. Unfortunately everything turned out differently. First off they have a very small parking lot and I usually never find a spot and have to park across the street. Second they need to have more seating available right now as I type this I am standing with like 10 other people because all chairs are taken.
