Had my first visit yesterday after a two year non-visit time. Everyone was great especially miss Jodi who worked with me for sometime. I plan to get to know the whole group better since I neglected to take care of my teeth for the two-years. Everyone was very professional. They even laughed at some of my jokes. I now have a whole new set of friends.
Had an appointment this morning to get a crown. Everyone was so professional and friendly. Dr. Shaack explained everything he was going to do. The procedure went well there was no pain or uncomfortable feeling at all. His assistant made the temp crown and that procedure also went well and she also explained everything she was doing. Teresa in the front office is always so pleasant and she so knowledgeable of dental insurance. Way to go Team Schaack!
