I have had a few bad experiences with auto body shops. On in particular that starts with a C and is literally right down the road from Car Craft is the worst. On the other hand, Car Craft is nothing but wonderful. The lady that always I mean ALWAYS answers the phone is so nice and a pleasure to talk and work with. I had a great experience with Juan at CarCraft Collision. They kept in constant touch with me and provided a website showing how much the cost was and when the car would be ready.
