Sr. Account Executive, Enterprise Sales

Job Summary

BirdEye, recently awarded “Hottest Company” by Plug and Play Tech Center, is looking for rockstar Account Executives.  We are hiring multiple Account Executives to join our expanding Enterprise Sales segment. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded sales executive looking to get in at the ground floor of one of Silicon Valley’s hottest startups.  If you possess the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in sales, this is a perfect opportunity for you.


As a Senior Sales Executive at Birdeye you have the opportunity to define an emerging market with a solution already driving improved reputation and customer experiences for more than 10,000 companies in North America, including many of the Fortune 500.  The market opportunity for Reputation Management and Customer Experience software is $10B+ in the US and 2-3x that number globally.  To put this opportunity in perspective – every single business in the US (or globally) can use our software, so as long as a business exists, we can sell to it. This is unlike other point or niche solutions.  With over 10,000 customers in just 2.5 years, proof our product’s immense value is clearly apparent – and we’re just getting started.

  • Drive sales growth by finding and closing business in our Enterprise Segment
  • Manage long and complex sales cycles involving multiple CxO decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Work with your team to build custom presentations/demonstrations of our product for prospective clients
  • Run effective Proof of Concept campaigns to persuasively demonstrate BirdEye’s value
  • Report on sales activity and metrics in our CRM
  • Work closely with Product and Customer Care teams to improve product and onboarding processes
  • Manage pipeline and sales activity, conduct prospect research and be able to accurately forecast
  • Work hard, play hard.  We need to have fun as we succeed.



  • 8+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales as an individual contributor
  • Proven experience in strategic solution selling to the Fortune 2000
  • Prior experience selling Enterprise SaaS
  • Resilient and unsinkable attitude with unquenchable intellectual curiosity
  • Hunter mentality with proven ability to generate and close pipelines in defined geographic territories
  • Experience selling to CMO, CXO, digital marketers or heads of social media
  • Strong presentation and closing skills to structure and negotiate complex enterprise deals
  • Reliable and outgoing problem-solving abilities and a vibrant and energetic attitude
  • Ability to take assertive initiative and be persuasive while maintaining pleasant demeanor
  • Adventurous, resourceful, systematic mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technically savvy; able to learn and effectively operate BirdEye’s CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree required; continued training and education preferred
