I cannot recommend Carefree, and specifically Haley, enough. Moving into a new house that needs work is so stressful but this was the easiest project we've done so far. She is professional, knowledgeable, timely and just a pleasure to work with. She helped me narrow down carpet choices, had samples sent immediately and then talked through the choices with me. The finished product is amazing and we get so many compliments!

After an intense 20-week remodel wrought with issues and delays, we've finally had our flooring installed by xxxxx. This was one of the easiest parts of our extensive reno. The invoice shows **** ****** as the address however one member of this duo team asked me not to go to their showroom on Lancaster Highway (?) so I'm not sure if the correct street address is Monroe in NC or Lancaster IN SC. Instead of going to the show room this sales person said he'd come to the house and bring sample pads and carpets and I agreed to this. ****** ****** Was on time and did what he said they would do. His guys were top notch and quick. Cost was $6000.oo for carpet tiles in my office. Will use him again.
