RecommendedWalked in and was told it would be 1.5 to 2 hours wait time. I made an appointment for later in the day and went back. Received care promptly and staff was very pleasant. Totally recommend! Way better than waiting in the ER! 😀

Needed to be seen early in the morning and was there right when the door opened so experiences may vary. The front desk was incredibly efficient. The nurse took time to help me relax while I was in pain by talking to me while taking my vitals. My PA was quick but I still felt very well taken care of, as I know she was balancing other patients. The process was very quick in comparison to other urgent care centers I have used. Thanks CareSpot for a job well done!

Our Granddaughter had a bad cough for 2 weeks. The CareSpot doctor not only recommended OTC medications to help her but when he noticed I was also coughing he also recommended meds for me. I felt like we had just received a BOGO deal. We are both doing much better and appreciate the Doctor’s care and kindness.

Every time I need to use this facility because I can't see my regular physician, I am treated with care, respect, and I feel that all of my concerns are addressed. From the front desk liaison to the PA, to the radiology technician, I was treated as though I mattered and they did their utmost to see me through my fear and pain. I went here to get a pre employment drug test done. I had tried three other places, including quest (who had put a handwritten sign up saying they weren’t doing drug tests that day so I wasted a ton of time going there) and 1st choice (who has the rudest reception person I have ever spoken to in a medical setting anywhere). I called here and they don’t require an appointment for drug testing and they do it from 8-8, where many others only do a few hours a day and not every day.
