I have always had a great experience at Care Spot. My first visit to this location went very smoothly. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival, the front desk staff member was very polite and knowledgeable. I was checked in within 5 minutes and called back to a room within 15 minutes. The provider was very professional. She listed to me concern, completed the physical exam and relayed her diagnosis to me. I was discharged within 30 minutes from arrival with a prescription and I'm much better now. A+ ... read more

The only reason why I chose to “recommend” this facility was because I was taken care of. I had an appointment at 11:15 and was not seen until 1:10. What’s the purpose of making an appointment if you end up waiting such a long time. I can say the Nurse Practitioner was great and took care of my needs.
