My employer uses this company for DOT physicals and drug testing. They do a very good job. My ONLY complaint is it’s almost impossible to get them on the phone! The intake person is responsible for checking in patients, filling out and updating forms, answering questions and answering the phone. It’s easier for me to walk in if I have a question than to call. Please hire at least one other front desk person at this location.
