Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, easy access, fast service and an Rx (some) onsite - this place is a a total win hands down!
Quick appointments friendly staff
Each person we encountered in our family's 3 visits were pleasant and helpful. Making an appointment helped reduce our wait time. The front desk was managed well. Overall, 3 good experiences. Special thanks to Jazzmin who has a great personality and really put us at ease.
Clean, professional, prompt
I had an accident and needed stitches. The facility was clean and fresh smelling. Staff courteous and efficient. They saw me and attended to my emergency quickly and professionally...even as I bled on their floors and bench. Then, I got word from work of several positive COVID tests later in the day. I went back to the Normandy facility. Same staff, same professionalism even 10 hours into their shift. Extraordinary! The best part was that my COVID result was NEGATIVE!
