Staff was very efficient, friendly, & helpful. They were carrying out all of the COVID-19 guidelines & more: hand sanitizer & masks provided at door, receptionist carefully wiping off tablet after each person & social distancing of chairs! Appt. was right on time!Dr had gown & mask on, very friendly, answered all my questions, explained thoroughly what he was going to do & about results! I was extremely pleased! Staff was Awesome the wait time was wonderful
I arrived at my appointed time and was warmly greeted. I waited for a short time before being called in for an audio gram. The technician efficiently explained the process and the hearing assessment was performed in a very timely manner. I appreciate the professionalism at this particular Care Spot.

the walls in the doctor's office is all scratched up from the chairs and the baseboard is coming off and the tile on the floor is all dirty from wear and tear. the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful and that is what is most important
