I was pleased that I could make an appointment online so the wait time was minimal. I had been to a minute clinic a few days before and was told there was nothing that could be done for the horrible cough I had. As I progressively got worse, I came to CareSpot. The doctor was very thorough in her exam and gave me a Covid test, flu test and a chest X-ray. It was super easy to make an appointment online and everyone was super friendly. The NP really listened to the issues I was having and they took their time and ran multiple tests to rule anything out. I appreciated their time and attention. If you are going I would definitely recommend making an appointment online. The lady at the front desk mentioned that their phone lines are always very busy and a couple walk ins came in while I was there and they were told their wait would be a while.
