It was a great find to see that this Urgent Care center was open on Thanksgiving morning. Didn't know what to expect. They were kind and quick. I was fully assessed, diagnosed and out the door with my antibiotics as they have their own pharmacy in clinic. What a wonderful experience. I was sad that they had to work on Thanksgiving day but they all said they were more than finw with. They also told me they are open on all holidays. Great experience all the way around!
From the ease of making an appointment online to the efficiency and care of the staff I could not have asked for a better experience. Paola, Jaileen, and Alexis were all polite, courteous, and efficient. The fact that Alexis, the PA, actually stood there and went down the directions was mind blowing. Thank you all so much for a positive experience.
A wonderful walk-in Doctor! Very Professional, very caring, and very informative… I felt like I was dying, had a 102.9 fever while I was there, amongst other symptoms, but got diagnosed and antibiotics into my system immediately, they were able to bring me down to about 100 before I left. 2 days later I am feeling much better, and I’m sure I will be good as new once I’m done with the Antibiotics. Will be back in the future when/if the need arises :) and I recommend to anyone who needs Urgent Care!
Great experience here today. There was no line. Everyone, from the front desk, to the nurses, to the care provider was very kind, friendly and professional. If I could come here for all of my doctor's visits it would be a pleasure. I'm so glad you guys moved into my neighborhood. I'll definitely be back if the situation arises. Thanks for the great care!
Arris was so welcoming and kind. She took her time and explained everything thoroughly for me. Jalene and William were also not only professional but extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was also in and out very quickly. I would definitely recommend this urgent care and will definitely be coming back for my future needs.
