I was sent to the location because the one I was at had a three hour wait. Only to find out after my appointment and I was leaving the parking lot that Advent Health was across the street. I’m glad I ended up there since all my records are with Orlando Health and not Advent Health. The gentleman at check in, the intake clerk and the doctor were all great. I was told a hour wait which I didn’t even have to wait that long. Just glad I went and now feel much better. Thanks to the staff, especially Caleb. 💚🎗️💛

The best customer service in Orlando. Dr Cardenas and her staff are the most kind and caring medical professionals I have ever met. The process was easy and convenient. I wish more facilities ran like them. If I ever have a problem I will definitely chose care spot urgent care again. Thank you girls for taking care of me. I really appreciate you. ❤️
