RecommendedCareSpot Urgent Care in Pompano Beach is a blessing and run the way all offices should be. From the Receptionist to the Nurse to the XRay technian, I was greeted and treated with a smile, professionalism and respect. I needed XRays after a fall. None of the other urgent cares had the equipment or staff, but CareSpot did everything and gave me the radiologist’s report within a little I’ve an hour. I was so grateful for the genuine care and concern.

This is the second time I’ve gone to CareSpot while visiting my mom in Florida. Each time the staff put me at ease, listened to me, asked questions, and ultimately gave me the care I needed. This is the ONLY urgent care I’ll go to.

I was having a bad allergic reaction to something I ate. I first went to another urgent care who told me I would have to wait an hour and a half. I got back in my car and headed to CareSpot. As soon as I walked in, they immediately took me to a room. They even took my ins card and registration in the room. They treated me and made sure I was getting better before I went home. I felt cared about. I will not be going anywhere else for urgent care! A+++++

Everyone is so professional there. Dr. Lisa was the attending doctor. She was excellent. Very clear and thorough. The nurse who was attending me was excellent. Very kind and thorough and compassionate. I believe her name was Natalie. The receptionist is always always professional and kind.
