We hadn’t heard about CareSpot Urgent Care before. Where we went for our initial care didn’t take our insurance and we were told that CUC took our insurance. When we arrived we filled out the forms and were seen immediately. The care and service was professional and even the order for the medication was sent to the pharmacy before we even the office. Now that I know about the location I will be utilizing the services if needed.

Needed to get my son in for strep throat test and medication. We came in first thing in the morning and after getting him signed in, waited about 10 minutes before being seen and waited maybe another 10 minutes to get the results for his strep test. The visit was quick/timely. I still felt like we had enough time to talk to the medical staff about what was going on and felt heard. My son felt properly cared for when he was nervous. CareSpot urgent care I was very impressed with their profession doctors and staff everyone was very friendly and helpful I definitely recommend this place I took my daughter there because was not feeling very well was with a high fever runny nose and congestion and they were extremely helpful and very nice to my daughter I definitely recommend this place I didn't even know it existed.
