It is close to home, convenient to make appts on line. The place is clean, everyone always seems nice. Except the last time I went I never had anyone check my chest, ears, nose, or throat. I felt like a number. They ran two tests on me, I waited 30 mins for the results that should have been read in 15 mins for accuracy. I went to a different urgent care days later since I was not getting better. Then to find out I had a sinus infection, which should have been diagnosed at care spot if they had checked me properly.
