Great service great experience. Had an emergency alergic reaction and took care of it asap
Kathy, she works the front counter. They are short staffed and Kathy is helping out in all areas to make sure all of the patients are cared for. She is very good at what she does and she knows how to hustle. You need more staff members like her and have the same work ethic as well.

Everyone was professional and friendly. I’m visiting my daughter and out of my insurance network but the front desk employee was very helpful and kind when trying to look up my insurance information. Doctor was super friendly and diagnosed my condition and let me know right away just what I needed so I can feel better! I will definitely recommend CareSpot Urgent Care and I would not hesitate to return in the future if I have any minor medical issues that need to be addressed.
