The staff and Doctors are the best ! Front desk to the back Nurses they are friendly, knowledgeable and care about there patients. My Dad goes to them for his DOT for Lynx and Kelly one of the Practitioner there is amazing and always is knowledgeable about Diabetes and always lets her patients know what is going on and gives them ideas to help them selfs to be better . I have to also give a good job pat on the back to Neubis at the Metrowest location they had a patient that was trying to pull a fast lie and she handled it like a true MA should . I would always use Carespot Metrowest and kings pointe parkway. Keep up the good work you guys are Rock Stars!!!!!!!

I was sent to this place through workers comp for a finger injury, immediately greeted by friendly staff at desk, and she took my information and such, had to fill out injury form on a tablet, no more paperwork. Didn't wait long after to be called in, staff appeared young but they were very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. Nurse was great, she was interested in my reasons for being there, other places I have been to, they rush you, I can't stand that. Met doctor, she looked at my finger ordered x-ray and then a young man came in and took me away. He was polite and was gentle. Afterwards on waiting for results, doctor kept popping in to check on me and inform of x-ray development. Results were good, no broken bone. Clean place inside and out, easy parking. Associated with Orlando Health which is a plus.

My hubby stepped on a screw. Had to go 2 days in a row with a dangerous infection. They did everything they were suppose to and now he's on the mend. The doctor even called this morning to check on him at home! Thank you!
