We ordered the tile through James based on his floor sample. It turned out that the tile that was delivered was completely different from the sample. As we are out of state, we trusted James to deliver the correct tile. Following up: Kathy Rice from Carillon Floor Center reached out to me and was able to rectify the issue above and beyond our expectations. Truly a quality company
