Carmel Manor & it's staff are truly extraordinary. My mother was admitted in 2020 during the pandemic. Sandy, the Admissions Coordinator, made the transition so smooth. She is professional and yet so caring, always willing to help however she can. What my siblings & I expected to be a complicated, overwhelming, stressful process was the complete opposite.
