Very professional and friendly! Linda was great. She made me feel very comfortable and explain everything she did. Dr. Kent was very personable and friendly as well. I will have my Braces put on next week and I am very excited!

Dr. Kent is very knowledgeable and truly listens to your concerns He is a wonderful orthodontist!! He is extremely intelligent and can resolve any kind of orthodontic problem. He has seen it all! He will give you his honest opinion and will be there to help you through the whole process. He also has a great team that is very friendly and patient. I wouldn't go anywhere else! You will not be disappointed, I promise!

Thorough, attentive, available for questions and concerns My daughter was nervous going in, but was quickly reassured. Staff were friendly and easy going. Procedure was painless. Waiting time was longer than expected, but the actual process was quick!

Initial Braces Consult My dentist had recommended Dr. Kent. He was very cordial. I had set up the appointment over the phone- given my insurance info, dentist info, what the dentist wanted checked out, etc. The nurses were very nice and my kids LOVED it there- waiting room was full of fun stuff to occupy them (which was a very good thing as I had my son in tow- he's 12 and, of course, this was the one day he had no homework to busy him). There was a problem in that the person I had spoken to by phone said she would get the panoramic xrays from the dentist, but they were not in the file. Thankful the dentist's office was open and they emailed them right over- otherwise Dr. Kent would not have been able to give me the information I needed until he got those and reviewed them. So, we don't know when/what kind braces yet, but because the xray came (I think Dr. Kent himself called- which was nice) he was able to make a plan (teeth out and recheck in 6 months when my daughter's teeth come in more.) I'm taking my son to see him for his consult in a few weeks. Would recommend thus far.

Great service and very professional My appointment this morning to Carolina Braces was with Dr. Kent about my TMJ and the correction needed to help me feel better. The front desk staff were very nice. Carey was excellent, very warm and professional. Dr. Kent is going to talk with my long standing dentist Dr. Sykes to see what has taken place prior to my appointment today. I am hopeful and looking forward to my next appointment to see where I go next. I would definitely refer a friend to see Dr. Kent.

Cutting Edge Treatment, Kind and Caring Staff I was so fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Kent's office. We were greeted and welcomed by the friendly front desk staff, then waited almost no time before Carey came to get us. She was caring, kind and professional. They took 3D images and could easily show me all the clinical findings and help make a treatment plan that we could understand. Dr. Kent was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and showed true concern and seems to have a true passion for what he does. The office was beautiful and calming. Overall a great experience, and I would recommend this office to anyone I know who needs an orthodontist. Thanks Carolina Braces!!.

Very welcoming and friendly staff! From the moment you enter you are greeted by the nice and wonderful staff! Very welcoming! You were so accommodating with my work schedule and I really appreciate that! Everyone is so nice. The girls in the front, Dr. Foley, Carey and today I met Taylor! I now I will have excellent care during my treatment process! Thank you!
