I have been a customer of metro carpet and floors before they added customers to their computer system. I will say they are very affordable and the wait to have the install is minimal. They have a great crew of installers and they always did excellent work for me and if something was wrong they would definitely make it right. I love the fact they care about what the customer wants and they help you through the process. Originally visited the Dearborn Heights location and they had a large selection of carpets. We were looking for a different print and were directed to their Orchard Lake location. Worked with Dominic and he was great to work with. Found the carpet we want and they installed it next day! World class customer service by the owner Jad and Dominic. Highly recommended for all your flooring needs

We are very happy with the work they did on our floors, stairs, and kitchen. Everything was done with precision and care. Vito Lesnock is a great customer service representative for this company, and the flooring installers are top-notch!. Vito was very patient with me, answered my questions, and wasn't pushy about making the sale! The installation crew did a beautiful job, and they mopped the entire hallway in the office building, not just the office where they did the installation! It brought a tear to my eye to see how competent and thoughtful this crew is (I've been through a lot of bad contractors).
