I have been a customer of metro carpet and floors before they added customers to their computer system. I will say they are very affordable and the wait to have the install is minimal. They have a great crew of installers and they always did excellent work for me and if something was wrong they would definitely make it right. I love the fact they care about what the customer wants and they help you through the process. We are very happy with the work they did on our floors, stairs, and kitchen. Everything was done with precision and care. Their service was amazing before and after the sale, and they really go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend them and would definitely choose them again.

Vito Lesnock is a great customer service representative for this company, and the flooring installers are top-notch!. Vito was very patient with me, answered my questions, and wasn't pushy about making the sale! The installation crew did a beautiful job, and they mopped the entire hallway in the office building, not just the office where they did the installation! It brought a tear to my eye to see how competent and thoughtful this crew is (I've been through a lot of bad contractors).

I went in for a flooring consultation on Wednesday and by Friday afternoon I had new carpet and gym mats installed. The installers were extremely efficient and clean. The salesman (who i think may have been the owner!!??) was polite and not pushy to make a sale at all. They had a ton of options in stock and helped me pick out the perfect color to match with my desired theme. 10/10 stars and definitely best price around!!

I had a great experience purchasing cabinets from Metro. From working with all the staff, especially Nadine, to design and make the best selections, to Rami who did a fantastic job with the installation. I will be going back to purchase flooring in a few weeks as I was so impressed with the customer service, very reasonable pricing, and overall experience.
