Have dealt with Metro Carpet several times over the years , found them to be fair , attentive and delivered as promised. The three installers were professional , fast and skilled . Completed full house in one day as promised. Price was more than competitive. Many thanks George . You will always be our go to guy for carpet any time in the future .

I went in for a flooring consultation on Wednesday and by Friday afternoon I had new carpet and gym mats installed. The installers were extremely efficient and clean. The salesman (who i think may have been the owner!!??) was polite and not pushy to make a sale at all. They had a ton of options in stock and helped me pick out the perfect color to match with my desired theme. 10/10 stars and definitely best price around!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at this establishment. From the outset, the salesperson appeared disinterested in assisting us. On multiple visits, we were quoted inconsistent prices for the same product, which created confusion and frustration. Additionally, the salesperson took a personal call during our discussion, which I found unprofessional. Came in tonight for kitchen estimate. Jad got our plans sent over to Sahar and was very impressed with choices. Still shopping but so far nice quality we seen in store.

We are totally happy of our kitchen. The design team was awesome and Rami and his team hands down the best at what they do. Excuse me if I spelled his name wrong. Big shout out to Metro and the entire team.
