Doug and his team were excellent. Refinished wood floors to exact color we wanted. Installed beautiful LVP and carpet. Great attention to detail. Met our deadline. And super friendly. Best deal in town.
I cannot recommend this company enough as I’ve had two very great experiences with Carpet Depot! A few years back they installed carpet at my father’s house. The whole experience was a breeze, we even had them come back to recarpet a room (our puppies had a few too many accidents before they were fully potty-trained) and had no problem doing it even after it being a few years! Doug is amazing, very responsive and professional. They have literally replaced every floor in my house. When their business burned down I had 1 room left to do and Doug had already measured it, so we were their first customer when they opened the temporary storefront by Kroger.
Doug Hill the owner is the 3rd generation of flooring masters in his family his sons who are following in his footsteps are the 4th generation. Needless to say Carpet Depot has years upon years of experience and knowledge in all types of flooring and installations. Doug and carpet depot did a phenomenal job on our first home. He came through to personally quote the job, and the installation was fast and thorough. His pricing on the carpet was more than fair, installation time and scheduling were very quick (under a week from start to finish) and we couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The area was left immaculately cleaned and ready for us to move in. Loved that we got to use a local business and would recommend to anyone looking for a job well done
