I called for a quote and a representative came the next day. I had the phone twice concerning the quote which was ridiculously inflated for one room with stairs. I recalled last year's quote of $500 for the exact same room but now it's $1000 more and it was the inexpensive carpet of 99 cents or something and still ... I'll find another company
I just wanted say thank u to the ladies of carpet depot of Decatur for helping to organize and execute a job well done. Mr. Seferino came and did a fabulous job im so happy with the work he done. Great friendly knowledgeable folks and a great selection of large carpet remnants. Also some vinyl ("linoleum"). Or they can custom order other flooring for your needs.
i needed some new carpet working with a limited budget at my age I was so scared. They piecemealed my carpet in my family room and hallway in high traffic areas broke my bed frame and other pieces which they fixed but the bed wasn't found until months later. I'm not happy about the piecemealing of my carpet.
