From the first day we got our carpet we have have noting but trouble. When The carpet layer open the plastic wrap on our white carpet, it had oil stains right down the middle, obviously a quality control issue from Shaw carpets, however when I complained the owner came out in his white Mercadies asked me what i wanted to do, I said replace it, he asked if he had it steam cleaned would I except it, i said NO.
