We scheduled a free estimate looked at many choices and she was very knowledgeable in her products. Her prices were absolutely out of this world ! Installed carpet wrong and now they will not fix mistakes. They made appointment and then never showed. I cleared 4 rooms and they never bothered to show up or call me back. Two guys finally showed up after several weeks and as soon as they arrived they began to argue with each other. Not sure what it was over, but they went outside and it got very heated.
