I purchased a house-worth of LVP and carpet here and have not had a satisfactory experience. The sales process was great and the pricing was competitive but the after-sale support is non-existent. After only a few years, the joints on the LVP have failed and are coming apart as shown in the photos. I reached out to the flooring manufacturer, who told me to contact the store.
