Stopped into the Kirkland store today to see what options are available for an upcoming project, Will was incredibly welcoming and friendly, he showed us thru the store, what selections are available that matched our needs and discussed what would be best suited for each living space, we left feeling confident in who to call when we ramp up to start the project. Fast, professional installation. Unlike some of their competitors, they were willing and able to remove the toilet and re-install it. They reset my existing baseboards after the install and also put new baseboards in the bathroom. They left some black, greasy handprints on my stove when they moved it, but other than that was very happy with the product and their service.
The sale went easy, there is a huge selection of floor covering, the manager Gabriel was very helpful. The carpet looks great. The installation went smooth. I would highly recommend this store. I will be back for any other flooring.
