From the showroom floor to the installation, everything was explained to me well and the staff was very kind and courteous. the showroom staff always educate me and answer any questions I may have. I will definitely be using them for my next home when it’s time to replace the carpet. I’ve been recommending them to everyone I know. Pictures are before during and after.

Our salesperson, Dave was personable and great at following up on everything for us. We were not too thrilled with the installer. He was not very careful and not great about fixing an issue with the install. We got a great price on the remnant that we bought, and we would purchase from them again. We would, however, request a different installer.
From the selection process through installation this was the best experience we have had with a new carpet purchase. Marquies along with the installation crew provided excellent service throughout the process. I highly recommend Marquies and the crew.
