Their install wasn’t great; they left a ton of sharp nails sticking up on the stairs and it’s pulling away from the walls where it meets the closet area. Called them for a repair in one small section of one room, and it’s like pulling teeth. Paid $45 for a 7-minute “estimate” where he asked me twice if I wanted to just replace the whole room. Great experience every time I've come to visit the showroom to compare prices and products. Finally made the choice to have the whole house carpeted. They were patient with our delays and indecisiveness. There were so many choices to go through. Sales person was very knowledgeable on carpet longevity and stain resistance. We purchased carpet for our home and are very pleased with the entire process. Our salesman was great, the install was flawless and we love our new carpet!! Highly recommend checking them out!
Carpet quality and install was great . My only complaint is that we were told that we have to pay for cutoffs and can keep them but the carpet guy tried to take the cutoffs with him, Luckily my dad caught him and told him to bring them back
Great place to go to grab some carpet for the house. We were lucky enough to get a nice 11'x9' pre cut carpet which was against the wall. It was on sale even onto of the price listed so the price was perfect for our budget. We have a toyota corolla and Michael Helped place the carpet in my car even after the dock was closed. Awsome customer service. Great selection and reasonable prices.
