Great experience every time I've come to visit the showroom to compare prices and products. Finally made the choice to have the whole house carpeted. They were patient with our delays and indecisiveness. There were so many choices to go through. Sales person was very knowledgeable on carpet longevity and stain resistance. I m not reviewing the product or services,Im complaining about not having the option of shopping from a store that includes prices on the products they sell. If i wanted to have a high pressure sales experience I would go to the showroom. Im also unable to comparison shop when they dont include the prices.It also makes me feel like they make up the prices depending how much they need the sale that day. This store has no prices for any of there products listed on there website. I guess ill be shopping elsewhere .
Came here and was absolutely amazed by the customer service given by Greg. I spent half of what Home Depot was asking and got better quality this carpet is so soft best place for carpet.
Carpet quality and install was great . My only complaint is that we were told that we have to pay for cutoffs and can keep them but the carpet guy tried to take the cutoffs with him, Luckily my dad caught him and told him to bring them back
Went in to pick up some carpet and both my friend and I are disabled I can't walk - I have MS - and my friend could barely walk and they refused to help us load the carpet and asked us to pull away from the building so they could shut the roll up door. I will never buy from them again
