Jeff and the team were amazing! The carpet installer husband and wife team worked nonstop to ensure that our job was done with efficiency and quality- but NOT rushed- they even came back one night to make sure materials had been sufficiently covered and place in garage due to weather changes. The whole shopping experience can be overwhelming but Jeff was always available and attentive. Go here. Buy a rug. Be happy. Expectations were low, having scoured other stores and being uninspired by high prices, low quality, and mediocre selection. This place was the opposite. Jeff was the most wonderful guide on our magic carpet ride of finding a new area rug for our living room. The best customer service! Prices were great.
