Great experience Neal took care of everything. He came to the house and measured he scheduled the install and followed up afterwards. The install team was courteous efficient did an excellent job keep things cleaned up during the entire process .. I’m happy with how my entire lower level looks now Fantastic!

Just purchased porcelain tile for two new bathrooms. I worked with Neil at the Quincy location. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The experience was great. I will be purchasing from them again in the future.
After the flooring was installed the mess was not cleaned very well. They broke a light fixture and legs on our bed and never said a word. Extremely unprofessional. They didn't have the transition pieces and took over a month and several phone calls to finally have them installed. Poor communication on the install department's end. Our sales rep, Neil, however was very responsive to his credit and followed up with the install department but they didn't seem to care much to come back and finish the job. We began our quest for new carpet at a well-known large company but gave up dealing with them after frequent delays and surprising additional fees kept appearing in their sales contracts. We went to Carpet Mill on E. Quincy and were immediately impressed with their selection, prices, and customer service from Neil. Within 2 days he brought large carpet samples to our house for selection and carpet was ordered and installed in 2 weeks.
