Le Elda was extremely helpful and very patient with and our chronic indecision over flooring. Though we had Champaign taste on a beer budget, she worked with us in finding the right flooring options that made sense for us. The selection at Carpet Mill is very impressive! Selecting new carpeting can be daunting, but our experience with Carpet Mill Outlet was superb! The carpet selections were very adequate. The salesperson (Donna) was knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. The installers (Baltizar and Ken) were professional. Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations.

The installation was quick but the sales person was wishy washy. Changed the price and square footage multiple times, missed the closet and we feel we were over charged for a small bedroom to be carpeted.

Good value for cost. Carpet looks lovely and is quality. Mike was very flexible in working with us through every step. Areas of improvement would be to better organize or digitize their business. Paper notes are sweet though inefficient if they can't be found when the customer calls with questions to their order.
