Everywhere these guys laid carpet has rolls and bunches after only a couple years. The wont do anything about. Excuse after excuse. There really is no warranty with them. Everything has to be redone and we are now trying to find someone else to do the work as they keep brushing you off. Would never use these guys again. Unfortunately you can't give a zero rating.
Update: after all I went through, the carpet was 41 inches wide instead of 36. Thanks, Carpet Mill Outlet. My handyman had to cut the entire 12 feet to fit.
