This was our first time purchasing carpet. Kristy was truly amazing! She is very knowledgeable and helped us with colors, measurements and answered all of our questions. We were also very pleased with how easy it was to go pick up our carpet. It was raining and the gentleman at the warehouse wrapped all my carpet and pad to protect it and loaded up my truck. We will continue to use Carpet Mill Outlet in the future for all our flooring needs!
We could not be happier with the service we received working with Kristy! She made sure to be thorough about all of our options and she was extremely hands on, making sure we felt comfortable with all the options we wanted to try. She was extremely responsive and made sure we knew she was with us every step of the way! Our install went perfectly as well. Incredibly fast, efficient, and the finished product is beautiful!

We went to the fall home show in 2024 looking for flooring. Kristy was very helpful throughout the whole process and scheduling. We needed the flooring to be installed in two phases, the first in November of 2024 and the second in March of 2025. She made all the arrangements for the first installation. The flooring team was outstanding! It took them two day to complete phase one and we were very happy with the results. The second phase was completed in March and only took one day.
