Call them to give me a quote on installing carpet in 4 bedrooms. The home was about an hour away from there store. I talked to the person at the store about this before they came out to the house. They made the drive showed up a little no big deal. They guy was efficient measured everything and said he would send me a quote. Well 2 weeks later 2 phone calls later and a text message no quote. Not professional. Misquoted needs. Ultra-poor installations. Removed carpet and ceramic tile. New vinyl planks bumpy and not stuck to floor in places. Told us they had “Best installation crew” we have 1200 sq foot condo and took three days. After complaints to they told us “nightmare floors” Never informed us of problems until we complained. Customer service a nightmare and unresponsive.
We highly recommend the guys at Carpet Mills Direct! We needed a rug bound last minute (last minute being the next day) and these guys delivered! Bill helped us pick out a carpet that would work and John bound it the next morning and delivered it to our home. Today it's hard to find people with any customer service skills but these guys go above and beyond to make sure you are happy!
I needed new carpet in my condo and asked Carpet Mills to come measure and price. John came over measured and priced and suggested I come to the store to see what I wanted and to look at colors. John was very knowledgeable and he showed me around. I was comfortable. I picked out what I wanted and we decided when to arrange installation. Alex took charge of the installation and worked hard to make it right! New carpet works wonders and my place looks good. Thank you guys. Good teamwork. I love the new look.
We needed to replace about half of a carpet padding due to a small flood in our bedroom. At Home Depot we were told we would have to purchase a whole roll of the padding we had initially installed for $300 or buy another type, which didn't have the quality we wanted and what we had. Upon calling Carpet Mills Direct, they told me they should be able to match the padding we currently have, and I can only buy what I need and no need to purchase the whole roll.
