We are very happy with the finished LVP product from Carpet One. Sandy was a friendly and well-informed sales representative. John was an excellent installer from beginning to end, demolition through final installation.
We used Carpet One for our carpet needs for years. When we were ready to get luxury vinyl plank for our entire home, we chose them again. Sandy did a great job helping us find the perfect color and Tim and Jason did an excellent job installing. As always, we are thrilled with our new flooring.
Ok. Sandy at Carpet One, Fort Wayne. Very understanding and creative to help figure out what works for your house and budget. No pressure and totally “get it” when it comes to the fear of the unknown. Very pleased with our flooring...with her help. Worth it to at least meet her. We took in a sample of our cabinets to help color match and also sent her pics if rooms (which helped a lot).
