We were looking to re-carpet and re-floor three areas in our home. We met with Dan Lambert who came out and measured everything and then back at the store spent a great deal of time showing us all of our different options. He was very patient and helped us choose a great carpet and floor at a very reasonable price. Installation from the crew was fast and perfect. I would definitely recommend visiting Dan for your flooring needs.

Sarah Mangold really worked hard with us to make our flooring purchase be a pleasant experience. We carpeted the master bedroom, dining room and the living room. She was very thorough in understanding our needs and finding for us the carpet that we wanted. There was a mixup on the delivery of one of the products (accidently a different kind of carpet was sent) but she took care of it and the whole staff including the installers were very polite and patient so that we could get the right product in place. Tom Norris and his son Nick installed my carpeting, and did a beautiful job. They were punctual and efficient, had a positive attitude, and were comfortably relational (even funny) while being professional. Tom was kind enough to lend me a power cord when I sliced through mine while trimming shrubs 🥴. When I left briefly to grab lunch out, I returned to find they had finished sweeping the remainder of the hedge trimmings from the walkway! From the start this has been an issue with the installer, first hes a day late then there is the issue with the door frames not meeting the floor, now after a week of trying to install a living, dining room. small powder room and a kitchen I come home to find one of my commodes on the front porch!!!!! I sure hope the manager at the Erlanger store can help with all of these issues!! This has been a horrible experience with the plank flooring.
